When I caught up to him we were doing about 55 or so in a 45. Driving unsafely in my truck is not an option. Way to top heavy. I would have just ended up on my roof. Straight line is another story, which is what this was. If it was a residential part of town it would not have happened. I would have ended up in someone's living room. I was speeding ( by a lot ) but not driving all over the road.

As pyonir said, I assumed "Accident" implied damage. It was not an accident with another car, but I know here had to be some kind of damage. Even a dented rim would be enough to charge the guy with hit and run I would assume.

I completely agree with you and I think that you should. There are terrible drivers out there, that even us in cars have to watch out for. So when you do have to move in and out of traffic, don't cut cars off by switching lanes with only 12" to spare in front of the car, ya know what i mean? There are a lot of riders that continue to weave in and out, but a few just do it once or twice to get away from an inattentive driver.

Oh no when I weave in and out of traffic I give plenty of room. I have seen it a few times when someone passes and doesnt leave enough room and the drive of the car being passed freaks out and seem like they go to hit the brake and hit the gas, then you have a nice little fender bender. I am not an inpatient driver but I do like to drive fast just cause it is fun so I find myself passing alot of people. I dont pass and drive really fast just to get to where I am going a few second sooner if I wanted that I would drive a car.

What pisses me off more are wreckless and agressive SUV / truck drivers who think they own the road. This pisses me off more than agressive "ricers" becuz the the damn SUV will destroy A LOT more than any rice rocket or crotch rocket will destroy.

Think next time before you go chasing down a motorcycle in your truck becuz you may have been the one who caused him to go 100mph+ since your were the one tail gating his a$$ and you were the one who chased him down scaring him more. What if that guy in the motorcycle crashes? He would have ultimate deniability becuz you were the one chasing him. It would have been YOUR fault!
