That's the detail I wanted to hear. How does that charge compare with operating a motor vehicle without a license? My guess is they were either trying to help you out, or screw you. If the penalties are the same, then that's just bizarre.

fine is way lower, it saved me $1000 driver responsibility fee and it doesn't keep me from getting my license back. It was a good deal for me.

Ahh so we are promoting breaking laws now.
