Yes it's true. That would rock.

We get paid out for five days at the end of the year. anything over that we lose.

Far be it from me to point out the obvious, but on a 40hour/week schedule, that's 45 weeks required to take a single week of vacation. Does anyone else find that a little short for 45 weeks worth of work?

yeah i thought i was getting screwed , my first year i only get 3 weeks of vacation but next year i get 4 and then after that i get 5
