. . . and admitting that I like country music.

Yes, I like country music.

Dixie Chicks, Kenny Chesny, Toby Keith, Trick Pony, Hank Williams Jr., Garth Brooks, Shania Twain, Reba Mcintyre . . . all of them, and more I can't think of. If it's on a country station, I probably like it.

Who's with me!?!?!

I like a little country. Lonestar is pretty cool, Toby Keith, Alan Jackson, and Tim McGraw... I'm not a huge country fan, but they have some good songs. I have yet to find a female country singer that I like, however. They're all too twangy and nasal.

I like all the ones you mentioned as well, I just couldn't think of a very extensive list. I hate hotel beds, I always feel like a zombie in the morning. :disgust:

New Country reminds me of the Eagles with a twang (I'll never forgive the damn Eagles for introducing that genre of music)

How about Eddy Arnolds Cattle Call? Man that's a classic. When I was in construction during my early youth we use to go get liquored up at some Red Neck Joint after work with the Good Old Boys we worked with and listen to that song on the Jukebox over and over again. In fact we'd play it twenty times ina row. Hell why not they all sounded the same and they all sung about the same thing:)

Country is depressing redneck jazz. Thats it.

I don't mind it, but I have grown to hate listening to it on the radio. They play the same damn three songs all day long. If you listen to a country station from 8am to 4pm, I GUARENTEE you will hear atleast 4 songs repeated 3+ times, and 6 songs repeated twice.

If I hear that motherfvcking Drive song one more time, I'm gonna go insane.

Xerox Man, You haven't earned the right to listen to country music. It's for real men who live on American dirt, not some calous free candy ass who just installed a tie rack in his closet.
