ok I have a abit KT7A mobo 256 megs pc 133 sdram and a 900 AMD Tbird. I O/Ced it to 9x120=1080 fine but was wandering would a water system let me go 9x133 =1200 anythought at 120 fsb im highly taxing the agp hd and rest bu at 133 all would be stock

Overlocking that high would depend on the stepping code of the chip and that particular piece of silicon. Keeping it cool will help alot...in fact, I was able to reach a higher speed at a lower voltage than I could with air-cooling so I recommend it if you are willing to put in the effort and expense.

If your Abit BIOS is like mine on my KG7 (it should be close) I'm pretty sure you can see if not adjust the PCI:CPU ratio--3:1 or 4:1. If you are running at 120MHz fsb and have a ratio of 3:1, you are hitting your cards quite hard (40MHz). This is a judgement call, but I personally don't like to push them past 38MHz 'cause I fried a NIC and it subsequently crashed my OS.

No, not all water sets are the same. They'll have different pumps with different flow-rates, different water-blocks, and different radiators. Some will have reservoirs and some will just have inline pumps. Most will have all the hoses and things too hook everything up. Basically, you get what you pay for. Do some reading at Overclockers to get some ideas and take a look at some of their reviews of kits, pumps, radiators, etc.
