I suggest you reconsider that source. Read the product description REALLY, REALLY carefully. Does it include a COA? Nope. No COA, no valid license to use the software.

Oh yes, they include a "product key," which they may very well have printed up themselves after keygen'ing it ;) I've seen folks around here who got burned that way... better stick with the $139 version from Newegg.

Interesting thought on the website, I was asking around and have yet to learn why it is so cheap!

I am debating between XP or to get XP with a free upgrade to Vista. There is a non Vista choice.
