May may have taken trimspa and lost weight, but the two are mutually exclusive. These pills ( and all weight loss pills for that matter) DO NOT WORK.

i own a GNC, yes they work i have used similer products myself, i would recommend you take trimspa and go to the gym or at least execrise a little more everyday. Walk or run more, and maybe even some weight lifting.

Yep. It's relatively easy to lose weight when you don't have a job/responsibilities and can pay a personal trainer to set up your workouts and diet for every waking moment of your life.
