well, you guys made a good decision. 'twas a good trip followeded by a good meal :)

I am affraid I don't have many new insights to share though. When I came back, I found this written down "In order to see myself as someone else, I must be someone else!"

It made sense at the time...

Makes perfect sense, you simply can not know how others see you, because your self-image clouds your perception! duh! ;)

It's little things like that which makes toking worthwhile. The problem with those revelations is that they often seem more mind-blowing at the time than they actually are! :D

True, but they're still fun at the time. In fact, the utterly ridiculous ones are the funniest looking back.
I'd like to share one of those, but I'm affraid its entirely too non-PC and I'd get banned quickly...

One time when I ate something odd ;) my buddy and I started thinking about the idea of valuable materials. (gold, silver, etc) Back in the day the thoughts of people were: shiny = value SO people dig up this stuff and it is universally accepted as having value. Then what do we do with it? We build huge structures to hide it away again (usually underground)

I guess it was more interesting when you were in our mindsets. Good times. :D

Yes, they are hella fun. I remember watching a hockey game with a friend and we were both THC soaked when he said something about how cheering is important for the home team(Canucks in this case). That immediately brrought to my mind the power of a crowd, then the idea came up about telekineses(sp) and such and I said, "What if the crowd were so angry at the Refs that the Refs just exploded?(ala Scanners). We laughed for a couple minutes. Good times. :D
