Diid you use the included thermal paste or something like artic silver 5? Maybe the paste is a glue... Haven't opened the box yet, maybe Artic 5 can't be used...

Anyone?
 
I used Arctic Alumina on the GPU and the stuff inside the pack for the RAM chips. GDDR3 doesn't generate much heat at all. Just look at the X800XT cards, they run their RAM at higher speeds and they're bare.
