How could you tell the scabs started falling off? Did you taste it? Did you spit them out, swallow them?

The reason i ask is because im very nausious right now... I remember them saying they should fall off around the 7-10th day, and im on the 8th day right now. They also said they might bleed a little which would cause me to feel sick....

I spat up just a little bit of blood about a week after, but I didn't have any major problems. I wouldn't worry about the nausea, though. I felt like crap for about 2 weeks after, both physically & mentally, so I wouldn't get too worked up about what you're feeling so far. If you start spitting up a lot of blood then it's time to go to the hospital.

Its honestly not THAT bad.... Sometimes it hurts more than others..... 70% of the day i feel fine..... The other 30% is different.....

Im glad i did it though. I can breathe ALOT better now.
 
D: my right tonsil has been HUGE my whole life... doctors wouldnt take it out since it wasnt really infected, just big, but breathing seems a bit obstructed even now. Even worse, now i have those tonsilothis (sp?) crap comming from my giant tonsils... wish i got to take em out 🙁

well not only am i getting my toinsils out im getting work done on my nose. i guess the last time i broke it they didnt set it right. so they are going to go in and fix it.

But the doctor said i will be able to breath right! heh
 
Ewwww... Just poked a flashlight back there... I can see the blood coming off from where one of the scabs was...

Is there a lot? When I had mine out the doc said to call if I noticed (pretty much) any bleeding. I mentioned above that I noticed a little in my spit, but there really wasn't much at all. If you can see it perhaps you should call and see what they say.

Read my post in your last tonsil thread......my bleeding got extensive....it was like a got shot in the throat....it spewed frothy red blood. And you can't swallow the blood, it causes stomach upset....so the only way is to let it dribble.
