Nice circle jerk you all have going here. Don't forget to wipe everything up when you're done.

Moonie's philosophy in a nutshell:

If you can't dazzle 'em with brilliance, baffle 'em with bullshit.

"He talks $hit about other people - why can't we do the same to him?"

Uh-oh! Raging Bitch, I'm noticing you in a way I've never before. Now, I would hope you would give a specific example to your claim. Has he explicitly attacked an AT member before? If you're referring to a public figure, then it is his right to do so to public figure, even if not best way to make a point. And more often than not, his piece of work is a satire.

I think there's two circle jerks going here, and you just added your hand to one of them ;)

edit: and at least our circle jerk includes a bona-fide woman :p

I offered my 2 cents in good faith, and there is no agenda other than my own satisfaction.

Mad props to the Beameister! Anyone can be "normal"/"average"/"regular". It takes guts to be different and I for one value uniqueness and MB's got that in spades.

Everyone insults someone from time-to-time and MB is no exception. And, let's be honest, some of you truly deserve it. ;)

Because he is everyone's favorite dopeman. Please, you know that the liberal camps are going circle their wagons around him. What is there to discuss? If he can't handle it then I am sure he would whine about it. I will give him that. He doesn't whine when he gets flamed nor do people whine back when he flames them.

I am not sure of what the intent of this thread is because he gives and takes just like everyone else. Just because someone puts out a bunch of obscure gobedly beloved patriot doesn't mean they should have a bastion of loyal supporters.

Whatever. If you agree with MB then fine, if not you should be free to express your views.

It is my understanding that people are in fact free to express their views. I was expressing my view that a lot of Moonbeam's "opponents" insult him because they are too lazy to understand his writing and respond with a logically reasoned response.

And I certainly can't be a member of a liberal wagon circle. I'm a card carrying member of the NRA, and recently defected from the Republicans to the Libertarians (with hesitation).

Millenium, folks like you have always resorted to arguments against the persons. And that is the very subject of this discussion. I tend to disagree with Moonbeam and know he is a die-hard liberal. But that's irrelevant to how I treat him. The subject is respect. My political view is as opposite as can be to Moonbeam's. In fact, if you trace back my posts, you'll find places where I outrightly challenged Moonbeam's assertions. He's no "God" or "genius" or basically beyond criticism. The subject here really is how he is treated for his views. 'Why not address the issue instead of resorting to attacking him' is the question!

From all the interaction I've had with him so far, Moonbeam seems a decent, intelligent human being, and I appreciate the fact that he's going "against the flow". That's all I have to say, personally.

The ultimate condemnation is when AnitaPeterson pays you a compliment.

I always thought he was a dick; your typical angle merchant. No love lost here.

Probably few, but who cares? If you can't take the heat, stay out of the kitchen.

And if you are male: What the hell were you doing in the kitchen in the first place??

Moonbeam adds a unique bit of style to a forum otherwise populated by typical internet residents.

That said, it's just an online forum, and there's no need to take anything said here too seriously. :)

Moonbeam is likely a very small young man

All right, someone's making fun of his physical charachteristics, only one way to solve this, PICS & his medical record with height & weight....

Well at least we know how the Ridiculous..err Religious Right feels about him.

When Texmaster demanded that he be banned for some innocent comment I knew Moonie was alright! The only fault I can find with him is that he is too kind hearted...kind of like me

Hey Moonie, you are a topic of a thread. Looks like you hit the big time!
