Nice question! I usually get "sucking up" kind of messages from guys. But no, it isn't 'cuz of my appearance. In fact, I scare them away with my appearance! 😉 They're scared I would chew them up if they came because of that. . . . Hehehe! I do get occasional suck up about looks, but no not generally.
In most cases, the suck up is 'cuz of something else. As GonadtheBarbarian(?) puts it, I'm a little too feisty for them. 😉 Hehehe! 😛
Hehehe! Generally speaking, I just get PMs having to do with a post. Nothing personal in most cases. I like it that way. 🙂

Wow. I can't believe I just read all that. I feel stupider.
This question was never answered. I think it fits in with the fact that a teenage boy would have to have a HUGE social deficiency to receive PMS. I've never even heard of it happening, although there are the crazy stories.

I don't have a problem... never did.
I treat people that way I want to be treated... with respect. It seems to work rather well. I don't want to be manipulated, so I try not to manipulate. I don't want to be judged so I try not to judge. Sure, some people here don't like me but that's okay too. Everyone is entitled to their opinion and I try to respect that, as much as I can.
As for looks, I have my good days and my bad days. There are good pics and bad pics of me out there. I tend not to care much about what I look like so I don't want anyone else to focus on that, either. In the end, I'm more than just the body I inhabited... and that's what I want people to perceive.
The only PMs I get are from some of the awesome people I still stay in touch with here... when I bother to log on!

to date, i've not received any obscene pm's. i've received a few 'very friendly' ones, but it was all good, more along the lines of complements.
the other types of pm's i receive are generally 'hello' or people asking me questions about topics i said 'feel free to pm me for more info'
