To RMA or not to RMA

Ok, just picked up 2 x 1gig sticks of Corsair value RAM for the rig. Put them in, and every half-hour or so, the infamous blue screen of death rears its ugly head. It doesn't matter whether i'm gaming or sitting idle on the desktop. I headed to the bios and pumped up the memory voltage to 2.7-2.75ish to try and increase stability. No Dice. So I popped in memtest and ran it (it was my first time running it), I didn't change any of the configuration, just ran it, it finished a full test (like 35 minutes or so) with no errors. So now I'm confused. Any ideas. Oh, and the only other internal setting that I changed was that my 6800 Ultra's aperture was set at 128 mb, and I changed it to the proper 256mb. Any help would be appreciated...

How about your timings are they set manually or by SPD?

Think I might have fixed it. There are two possible configurations for 2 sticks of double-sided RAM on my board, I ended up using the second configuration, and so far, after 4 hours, it hasn't bluescreened me, lets keep our fingers crossed.
