To RAID or not to RAID.... ???

I just bought a new MSI 845 Ultra with will run RAID 0 or 1 at ATA 133. I just happen to have two identical 80 GB 7200 RPM Hard Drives ( thanks to these forums). Is it really worth it to RAID these together? That's 160GB of space, WOW! Also, if so do I go with 0 or 1?

 
raid is nice 🙂
but most likely you wont notice much of a speed difference

raid0 = striped, will give you 160gb with a good increase in harddrive performance
raid1 = mirrored, will give you 80gb. this is for security... basically it just writes everything to both drives, so if one fails your system is still fine
