OP should just change the locks and leave her stuff in boxes outside the door. He's given enough courtesy to the gf's sis.

Also, gf needs to call the dad to tell him what a deadbeat the sis is, and that she refuses to help her out anymore unless she gets her shit together and that the dad should do the same unless he wants to sort her out. She hasn't paid for rent, barely pays for food and brings undesirables into your house that have no respect for your property or your safety.
