The strawberry jam is sweeter off the bat, so maybe i wouldn't have to add sugar. But, i don't know how that would taste if you mix in protein and all that other junk. What do you think?
If you are trying to cut carbs, go with the real strawberries...jam will have more "junk sugar"...otherwise i would try both and see what you like better
I have tried both and prefer the taste of the real berries over the jam anyday..... the jam seemed to have little flavor when in the shake but made it very sweet.
Who says i can't drink it straight. It's the difference between drinking wine and grape juice--why settle for something mediocre when you could toss in a few ingredients to make it better?
