$200/mo for rent. 5 person house in Upper Michigan. My share of cell phone, elec, water, cable cost around $60-75/mo I'd say.

And add a sh*t-ton more during winter months for heating. This old crappy house is probably hardly insulated as well. 🙁

Yeah, that's boston, ma.
I found a gorgeous 1 bedroom in Boston for 1200/month. I application was accpeted for the apartment, but I still could not have it due to a certain last minute decision with the current tenant.🙁.

600 per month between two people. Includes everything except electricity (which should be high right now because I'm in AZ, but somehow the bill was only $42 ^_^)

Just off 52 across from Jefferson Commons. The only bad part is there's a clasue in the lease that states 'no parties' 🙁 I just have to go to other people's places to party.

Houghton, MI? I used to live there.

$2100 a quarter. Food, electricity, cable, and water are included. Being in a fraternity is slightly more expensive but I think it's worth it.

850 for 2 bedroom, 1.5 baths apartment. My roommate and i split it($425 each). Only thing we pay for are electric and cable (Digital cable and Internet).

I also pay $45 a month of parking. which is pretty good considering i'm in a city and street parking can be a real bitch.

I'm in Steeler country ( forgive the Football anology, i'm acutally a Giants fan, which could be just as worse)

rent total: $565/month
my share: $205/month

add about $30/month each for electricity and $30 for cable tv/internet

where you stayin down there?

When I was going to Purdue, I paid way more than that

Right now we have a:

4 bedroom, 2 bathroom, single kitchen, 2 living room, dining room, utility room house
Within walking distance of campus, with parking for everyone.

Rent is $1200 a month, split 3 to 4 ways depending on how I arrange it.

Utilities usually come in under $100 per person per month.

So around $400-$500 a month per person for that deal. It is very sa-weet.

$460 a month for the small bedroom in a 3 bedroom apartment/townhouse. That includes Utilities, and cable with HBO, cable internet is an additional $50 a month (split 3 ways)

I'm starting college this fall, but will never, in all four years, be dealing with this.

You say that now, but eventually you will want to be on your own.
