Since this is an Austin Texas thread, I might as well take this opportunity for Austinites to talk me into moving there. For some reason I have this urge to move to Austin texas, even though I have never lived there and have no connection to it whatsoever.

The opened a new Trudy's in South Austin at I-35 and Stassney. We've gone the past couple of Friday's around ~7:00 PM, but the wait is almost 2 hours.

I've been to that one, too. I bike at the Austin Veloway at Slaughter, and went to that Trudy's for a carb reload.
