to anyone who pays their Tmobile bill online - question

I Googled this and did find a few random posts. I can't pay my bill online, I haven't been able to in at least 2 months. Where it asks for the experation date of my card I can't put anything. I thought it was something with my PC but I've tried multiple browsers and multiple PC's.

My options are the pay over the phone, which they charge some sort of fee, or to track down an actual store and pay in person. I can't possibly by the only person having this issue, but I'm not seeing a lot of people complaining about it. How do people here with TM pay their bill?

I pay my daughters T-Mobile prepaid bill online and I don't have any problem filling in the credit card information. Which isn't much help to you in debugging this except to confirm that it's not everyone.

i have it set on autopay. just recently updated my card too, no issues.

I've the website in the past but recently I changed to auto-pay (using the site to set it up).

But before they would allow me to pay online, they made me call in and answer a bunch of questions that were very similar to a credit hard pull.

My suggestion is to try it in every major browser--ie, ff, chome & safari. Also try from your phone, they probably have a mobile site that has a different code base.

The t mobile personal account portion of the website is really glitchy, which is really sad for such a large company. It took me about a month before I could register for paperless billing because that portion of the page would always freeze or incompletely load. My suggestion is to call T-mobile and seeing if one of their techs can set you up over the phone. You can also just keep trying on your own until it works. Use the most stock, browser you can.

I just accessed my other account today and you are right. Its major glitchy and you can't enter the expiration date.
