My brother also ordered one of the dell rio 20 gig players for $70 something dollars. He got cancelled like the rest of us and then started complaining and writing Michaeldell@dell.com he never received an email back but his order changed to ?in production? and the price went up to $109. He waited for the shipping date which was 11/13/03 and the status never changed. Today the order changed to cancelled. He called and complained today and they said it was cancelled because the price was wrong and said that they were sending him a creativelabs 128meg mp3 player for free. I am going to file a complaint with the better business bureau because of all the ?mistakes? lately. The email account that I used when ordering this unit has been flooded with spam since my order. It was a new account and never had spam before so either they sold it or leaked it out. I find their business practice to be unethical and the women I talked to at the BBB said I should file a complaint. I hope you will do the same.
