when i went to copenhagen, all the guys were 7 ft+ and the women were over 6ft...

Ehhh, perhaps because we've had plenty of food for the last 100 years or so? The average lenght for guys here is about 1.75-1.80 meters for women slighty less.

Not really a great statistical difference, but when I traveled in Scandinavia it sure seemed to me that the men were were quite a bit taller.
