UPDATE Oh My!! i dropped 6c after following what Pelikan did HERE! same concept with slight variation... i only used 3" PVC... i only have 1 intake and 1 exhaust (but have a hefty dual fan power supply)... thanks Pelikan!!

now im at:

load - cpu 45c board 32 (previous measurements were actually board temps., not case)
idle - cpu 39c board 31

Where are your intake and exhaust fans located? I'm considering doing this.

intake in lower front (with cut out fan grill)...

exhaust upper rear right below power supply...

they are just like his actually just without the lower rear exhaust... of course im using higher power fans too... though its still a lot quieter than my last box with the Thermaltake Volcano 6cu+...

:( ohhh im so mad that my new camera (bought in December) had to in for warranty repair... maybe when i get it back if its not too long i can put some up... anything in particular you were curious about?

SK-7 on 1700xp tbredb @ 1.67 idle = 54. no case fans at all. 52cfm fan on 7volts.

2)
SK-& on 2400xp@(default speed) idle = 42. no case fans. YSTech 48cfm on 7volts.
