Ok I just want to get you guys opinion. I have an old lx board with a celeron 366. It use to have an old tnt card in it. I upgraded my old tnt2 ultra to a GTS2 64 meg video card. I wanted to upgrade the tnt in my old celeron 366 to a TNT Ultra. Do you guys think the cpu is holding back the system or should I just put the sucker in. I could just upgrade the whole system and just use this TNT2Ultra with it. I was thinking of just getting one of the new celeron 566 BX board and get it up to 850? So many ways I can go give me your suggestions.

the tnt2u works nicely with a celeron 366.

The GTS is a nice pairing with any 700+ CPU, tho I wouldn't get a Celeron-II, I'd grab a P3-550e (at least) or even better a P3-700.

I have a 566@850 and a GeForce2 32MB. I have not complaints at all. It is a great system. There hasn't been a game yet I've had a problem with. Good Luck.

what about a c633 and a gf mx? preferable the herculese model prophet? would that be vid card overkill, I think those are going to be my next upgrades, either that or a v4500

just a word of warning lx boards are notorious for having problems with power, and i know a tnt2ultra will suck up power like mad. so just make sure your board can handle it.
