TNT2 Model 64 Win XP crash on game startup

I Have TNT2 Model 64 card AGP. I am trying to Age of Mythology and the game freezes on the startup menu as soon as i move the mouse. When the computer hangs it is making a beeping sound and the odd thing is that i was getting a message that said that XP crashed due to an error related to the video card but i am not seeing it anymore ( i updated the driver ) . Counter strike works but that also hangs every now and then but not like AOM that hangs all the time.
