I thought TNN was doing good....they have a lot of new shows and ads and sh|t.

I don't think it will be the "first" network aimed at men. TBS tried that for a while (you may remember their tagline was briefly "It's a Guy Thing") but it didn't last very long. They are still "male-oriented" but they realized that alienating half of your potential audience from the get-go was probably not the smartest strategy.
