My contract with tmobile is about to be up. I'm looking for a non contract plan to use my unlocked tmobile galaxy s3 on. I haven't been happy with tmobile coverage at all in the Los Angeles area. I use about 2gb of data a month. So far I been eye balling aio and straight talk. Any suggestions? Thanks!

there are two versions of GS3 for T-mobile:

The T999 doesn't have LTE.

The T999L supports band 4 and 17 LTE. AT&T uses 2, 4, 17 for LTE.

Both supports AT&T's 3G/HSPA network

AIO allows you on AT&T's LTE network with a speed cap of 8mbps. straighttalk doesn't allow LTE. straighttalk does have LTE

I'd say StraightTalk is fine @ 3GB cap. You could always move to AIO if you need a higher data plan
