Yes/No?

I'm thinking of getting a smart phone and I like the options for unlimited data (just throttled).

I'd use data mainly to stream music; i found that for my needs, there are reports of users online finding no issue to do simple things like stream pandora over 2G. Thus, whenever, i'd stream music, I'd hope that I could take advantage of this to conserve the fast bandwidth.

Any definitive answer?

you can get truly unlimited for $20 if you go with their value plans, and then you don't need to worry about caps or throttling.
