Question TLS Handshaking is driving me batty (in FF at least)

Firefox is the only browser I use that is slowed by the TLS handshaking. I assume Chrome, Edge, etc. use this process as well (do they?), but none of them seem to be slowed as much as FF is. Anyone else experiencing this, and if so, what can be done about it? I've change a setting in about:config that helps a bit, but still.....
