Can anyone recommend a good, quiet, 120GB HD replacement with the right specs at a good price so I can upgrade my tivo?

Any 120 gigger will work. Some say a slower rpm drive will keep the heat down, but faster one's have worked for me. You need to have all the software in order before you pull out your original drive.

I put in a rather noisy 160 gig in mine, sort of regret it too.

Tivo Forums Upgrade Center should be helpful, barring that, I'd look for a Seagate HD, they've been the quietest HD's I've had experience with.
