TiVo functionality for a PC

I am in need of a video card that can take signal in, record on demand and via schedule in good quality formats, and has video out so I can playback to a TV.

Any suggestions?

Any card in the ATI all in wonder (AIW) lineup. They just realeased the HDTV wonder that is supposed to work with all video card... but is quite buggy with Nvidia cards.
