I think I agree that the question posed by the poll isn't clear.

The only way I can distinguish TiVO from DVR is that of an independent TiVO box versus an HTPC DVR capability or a simple cable-subscription option with a rental device. "Screen capture" as I understand it has been touted for gaming, but those features (recording a game sequence) are often built in to the game application.

If I were to answer this poll, I'd say "DVR." But what's the point of it?
