Titanfall performance issues

With my rig, I am always dropping below 60fps in the the 40s. Now granted I am running Max @ 1440p with 4xAA but it seems like my rig should not even blink an eye with this game especially considering its just a source engine game. Is anyone else having these issues with powerful rigs?

Titanfall is not optimized for SLI GPU's and Nvidia have been slacking with their drivers in the past year or two, being very slow with their game optimizations. You'd be lucky if they have a new driver in 3-4 months that adds optimization for your dual GPU setup for Titanfall.

In fact I'd say that AMD is now better with their game optimizations in drivers.

I suggest you taking out 1 GPU when gaming, especially on newer games, since it yields better results.

I let GeForce experience apply the optimum settings for me with each game I have and titanfall runs smooth for me. Best of all that since I've gone back to a single card no microstutter.

SLI is broken and not working in the game.

It also sounds like you have nvidia driver issues. I hold 60fps at 1600p using just a single card on the highest settings with 4xAA.

I would also advise against not doing the above and letting geforce experience do anything at all. It makes a mess of settings in your games and generally screws things up and sets everything way too low for what your hardware is capable of.

The last set of nvidia drivers were total garbage for me with crashes on install and artifacts in games. The latest WHQL are working fine for me now. What version are you running ?

Didn't Respawn say Multi GPU issues would be resolved in an upcoming patch?
