Titan "Twin Orb" Rev.2

OK, we've all bashed the Thermaltake Orbs now but what about the so-called "Twin Orb" Rev.2 from Titan? Rev.1's performance was poor but any details available about Rev.2 and its performance? How does it compare to Thermaltake Orbs and the real CPU coolers from Alpha, GlobalWin, Taisol... ?

I read a review on it, but I can't remember the URL. They basically said it was a smaller POS than the Rev 1.
