I farmed epic Typhon last night and got at least 20 legendary items including a couple pieces of the BattleMage set. Also a few one hand hammers and a bunch of Chiron's rings and necklaces. Now if i could find a mod that would remove the bulls and cyclops in Mt. Olympus I would be set.

I got my pathing down and I can skip all of the hard mobs on the way to Typhon, my runs are down to 2 mins from when I get into the game and when I'm grabbing the Typhon loot!!! I must have farmed Typhone a 100 times last night and gotten a full suit of battlemage and crystaline, lots of Gaia rings and other pieces of random legendary items.
you can only get Legendary items starting on Epic. Even then it was at the Gorgons before I got my first Legendary item, the crappy Damacolus sword of suck.
Epic Typhon has dropped 2 purple breastplates and a ring. Usually always at least 1 legendary and sometimes up to 3. As I mentioned earlier I can farm him in 2-3mins so I make a few runs before playing through the rest of legendary.
My best piece of armor I got last night off of trash on the way to Typhon

Must be me but it feels like i'm moving slowly in this game.
I'm currently level 30. I just passed the Great Wall area and moving through the levels checking almost every inch of the map.
I maxed out my Lighning Bolt + Chaining Bolt 12/12
Am I anywhere near the end game? Its kind of getting repeatative and I want to start farming for some items because my gear is really starting to suck.

Heh, I just got these as well! Off of a bone stash in egypt. It improved me quite a bit.
I did go back and farmed normal Typhon a bit more (after I figured out you could just run passed the mobs instead of fighting them). While it took a little while, eventually he dropped some good stuff (once he dropped 4 blues). I got a complete Troy set and some other stuff. Used it to trade up to a purple shield with +15% damage and +15% pierce damage (I'm a warden so I use a spear).
I now just got to Babylon.

I finally beat the game. I was having a hard time at first with Typhon. He kept regenerating himself and using all sorts of magic etc on me. I wasn't doing jack worth of damage, so I started destroying the statues. He helped out as I hid behind them. After all 4 were down, he wasn't leeching off me or doing any sort of magic, just the basic chasing and flame. After that, it was just running around and using my Lighning Bolt. He dropped crap.

ok, now this is weird.
i haven't played TQ in about a week or so but now the game won't launch. even uninstalled it and reinstalled it and still won't launch. get a hourglass for a fwew seconds and then nothing. no process starts up in the task manager or anything.
anyone else experiencing this?

I am playing TQ as a theurist/conjurer (I wanted to try something different due to the beautiful graphics - in general I like being a warrior/barbarian in this kind of game). So far I'm really enjoying it. I actually played through a lot of Diablo 2 recently, and it seems to me the venerable D2 suffers from many of the same problems people complain about with TQ. I think TQ is a lot of fun, and essentially a modernized D2 with an interesting historical angle (plus an apparent effort to eliminate or at least improve many of the annoying things about D2). I am only a fraction of the way through, but at this point I'd give it a solid 85% or so.
