With an always on connection, IRC can be your best friend, especially if your download speed are measured in the Mbs range. I've just started this IRC buisness and the possiblities are endless. Careful, or you'll end up with biceps like popeye. j/k

I've got a similar problem, but the computers here are about 10 yrs old. I'd be surprised if they were over 100Mhz, and they only have 32mb ram.

But I've noticed that the Internet has gotten pretty boring.

elledan has the right idea...learn to program in a new language; get your CCNA, Network+; hack games, computers, etc.

ive had this same problem so im going to teach myself, perl, cold fusion, and sql so i can build a really nice website thats easy to maintain and keep myself occupied
