That thing is pure awesome; however, I don't think my dog would have gone for it. Half of the fun for my dog was pretending to give it back and then running away hoping I'd chase her for it. When I didn't chase her, she got bored fairly quick.

I need one of those for my cat but instead of tennis balls it needs to shoot foam ear plugs.

Sweet...I have one ratdog that would love that...the other would just take the ball and hide it...or not let go, and get launched with the ball.

What do you see in those rat dogs? I don't mind a few of the smaller breeds that look like smaller versions of big dogs, dachshunds, beagles and the like. But I really can't stand most of the ratty little guys. To me a dog has to be an animal that you can physically hug. An animal friend that you can almost physically relate to.

My dog would love if we had something like that but it would have to be on a timer or else she'd die of exhaustion.

Yeah need that too but even with lots of friends I don't think I'd change my mind much on this. Only dog we owned was a Labrador Doberman cross, wonderful dog she was :)

Absolutely amazing.
But, I need a robot that will shine a laser back and forth - but the dog insists that there's no pattern to the movement.

I have seen another tennis ball thrower before. It had a bucket of balls and would shoot a few and then wait for a while before shooting again. It also had sensors so it would not shoot if something was standing in front of the launcher

Godoggo launcher, which you can actually buy: http://godoggoinc.com/

I want to get it eventually.

Pretty cool. I'm still trying to develop a way to get the dog to play with my balls though...I'll let you know when I have that sorted :awe:.

Peanut butter and jelly. Just don't expect them to be still there afterwards.

BTW do you actually own a dog?

Haha, no, but my parents do. I see him when I go over to visit.

You know me; I'm far too irresponsible to have a dog :hmm:.
