My Brother's 2005 Titan 5.6L Automatic, 4-door, with a couple mods (intake/tune) gets ~15mpg in mixed driving.

That's what I like to see.

My old 89 Chevy with the 5.7L TBI got about 11MPG when I drove it nice.

1991 GMC Sonoma, I4 engine. I have absolutely no idea what mileage I get as we drive that POS less than 100 miles a month.

Ohh I see what you're after,
the Range Rover I had got 12 MPG mixed. Damn full-time 4x4...

Also big time shens on Range Rover claiming that 80% of the vehicles sold are still on the road.

I don't have a reason to own a truck.

Do you need a reason to own everything you have?

Well yeah, WTF am I gonna do with a vehicle that has more cargo space than seating capacity?

Very few of my friends / things I own appreciate rain and other weather elements...

You came into a thread specifically for truck owners to say you don't have a truck?

3.2L V6 Rodeo: 14mpg
3.0 I6 X5: 15mpg

I only need to fill up like once a month so I don't really care if it doesn't get good mileage.

2001 F-150, 4.2L V6 manual, single cab longbox.

I can get maybe 22 highway with the cover on, but I'm probably averaging 18 on a tank of gas.

It's not my daily driver and it's garaged winters. I drive it camping and fishing so it's pretty loaded up with gear during those trips. That probably puts me in the low teens because it's extremely hilly where we go.

I average 20mpg in my Wife's 07 Silverado 1500 with 4.8l V8 doing 72mph on my trips to Anchorage, Alaska.... 350 miles trip that I make every other month or so.

Best I can get with my truck, 04 Silverado 2500 with 6.0l V8 doing 72mph is 15-16mpg... :( though I can get 18mpg if I keep it at 60mph. :)

It's amazing that people who have been on here for four years still troll the place.

1997 Ford F-150. It's regular cab, stepside with the 4.6L V8.

I get 18MPG in strictly city driving.

Technically, if it breaks down in the middle of the street it's still "on the road". ;)

Do you need a reason to own everything you have?

It helps.

So then why do you have a maxima when a sentra will move just as many people?

It is comfortable for my family, gets decent highway mileage for a large car and it is paid for.

my dodge ram 1500 with a 318 gets about 17 hgwy and 15ish city. my old 79 chevy stepside with 350 got about 10, even less in 4wd. my 80 cadillac gets around 19 in town and usually 23 or so on the hgwy. its got the 368 cadi engine in it. my motorcycle was supposed to be the gas saver, but i rode it like there was a light tree at every intersection so i usually got about 16-19 mpg out of that sucker. it was a bit modified, very quick off the line and had little top end. cruising at 65 was 4k rpm in 5th gear. had to change sprockets and carbs out to get it back into a road bike. basically it was a rocket made to sit like a cruiser, very fun but expensive.
