deffinately excersise... burn off the calories from your last meal, than you'll be ready for this meal

Since I've eliminated most sugar from my diet, I buy the same "main" items each week:

whole chicken (w/ giblets)
1lb pkg ground sirloin
2lb pork ribeye roast
1 pkg chicken breast tenderloins
1 Turkey roast

The only vegetables I eat are lettuce, spinach, and aspargus. I eat no fruits. I drink Diet Rite and water. I snack on sunflower seeds and pecans/almonds.

I've been eating the same meats and veges for the past 2 months. Everyone once in a while, I'll get two cornish hens instead of a fryer. I've also gotten some tilapia and salmon.

Even when eating the same stuff over and over, I never get tired of it. :)
