Does it matter if I put T speed rated tires on my 2000 corolla instead of the V that it says im "supposed" to get? Or what if I get tires that are rated 92 instead of 94 for load index?

I doubt you will ever notice unless you race corolla's 🙂

What tires are you looking at?

T - 118MPH
V - 149MPH

Whatever the factory recommended tire was for your Corolla back in 2000 is now obsolete.

Pick a tire with the wet\dry\snow\life performance appropriate for your driving and region.
Speed ratings exceeding the limits of the car can safely be ignored.

A 13 year old Corolla has no business going over 100mph.

(Assumption has been made that you are not racing this car in any track event and that you just use this as an a to b car)
