Important thing for me is don't compromise on what you want from a girl. Set your expectations realistically (no supermodel-like girls...) and aim for that. Too many guys settle for less than what they want and then they end up not respecting them.

Man, when I was in college, I learned a few things.

Don't try too hard.
Have some self confidence, but don't come off as too cocky
Treat them politely
Yeah the motorcycle was a great gimmick, but was gravy for the above

no,actually all we've proven is that guys that can't resent the guys that can and like to whine a lot about it 😀
 
I recently asked like around 10 of my female friends these questions..

you think you shy? in a relationship?
would you look for a more agressive guy?
how can a guy tell that you not interested?
how can a guy score a date with you?

got some helpful tips from them.. I will post them as soon as i put them together. Their age range from 16-23 so maybe you fall into their age and figure out how to impress chicks 😉

Just be natural enough to the point that you don't need to take anything very seriously, especially her. If you're too serious with her, it's hard to joke around. If you're not a superbly good-lookin' guy like bob here (lol), humour is the weapon of choice. 🙂

Be self-confident as hell, but with a wink so she knows you're not too uptight about yourself.

Don't be afraid to touch her! If you think she'll be the one to reach out and make contact, you don't know women. 😉

Clue: Women are people. Listen to them.
That doesn't mean to just shut up and pretend to listen while they are talking.
Actually listen to what they are saying.

Clue: Other people have valid viewpoints that might not be the same as yours, and b/c they have experienced the world differently than you, their viewpoint matters just as much as yours does.

Don't try to show off your ultra-ricy Honda Civic. Remember, Type-R stickers increase the horsepower by altering your brain's perception. It also impresses chicks considering it releases type-R endorphine in your brain and its effect is false sense of belief that chicks are impressed by your so you think ultra cool car.
 
Spend money and have expensive stuff. Improve your looks, clothes, get in shape, etc. Improve your conversation and knowledge, learn about things that are important to them. It may not have anything to do with computers! Learn how to give sexual pleasure.
