I want to make a web page that most people can view correctly..any tips?

BTW, the web page is geared towards people at school and most of them use AOL, and AOL uses IE right?

Just forget Netscape. Its their loss 😀

This chart should help you. Use a validator make sure people with disabilities can see your site by using bobby. You can also make sure your site looks good on webtv. Take a look at useit for good guidelines and use anybrowser.com.
