Tips for improving overclock?

OK, it does fine at 100x21, so I guess it isn't the motherboard. RAM's at default speeds: (400MHz 2.5-4-4-8)

I'm using a mixture of GEIL DDR-400 (2x256 MB sticks) and 1 512 MB stick of Corsair TwinX at 5-3-3-2.0 timings running at a 400 MHz fsb and everything is just fine.:beer:
