Tips for converting to Iwill KK266 from Abit KT7

I have been having device conflict trouble with my system as it runs now. I think it is a card conflict with the ABIT KT7 mobo.

I just purchased an Iwill KK266 and I am looking for install tips and pitfalls to watch out for when switching over from the ABIT board. I am running the latest drivers for VIA (4.31) under Win 2k.

Any tips would be greatly appreciated for a smooth transition.

I don't think you can convert it to Ali chipsets that easy.
Just do the old way
BACK up - > Format -> Install.

I just went from kt7a to kk266. So far so good. O'm running windows 2000 and everything seems to work great, except for one problem that i've been having to deal with on both boards. 3DBenchmark2001 will bring the system to a halt; I don't know why. I like the option of onboard sound. The jumbers are easy to pull out and replace with 2 fingers. etc. etc.
The iwill website says to use an older version of the via 4in1, but i'm just using the latest nonbeta. Also, my plextor cd burner works in dma mode now. The plextor will not work in dma mode in win2k on a kt7.
