Search for Pepsi + iTunes AND DateRange 01Jan05-Now = couple hits, but not this topic.

What are the legalities of tipping the Pepsi bottle to determine whether or not you have a winner? Can I not "totally" inspect" my item prior to purchase? Got some strange looks, but no one has come up to me yet.

 
If it isn't yet it will be. Just let some politicians get there hands on it and pass another stupid law saying you can't do this.

Definetely, it's not my problem that I can just "inspect the bottle for tampering" 😉 and then just find out that i get a free iTunes song

no you tip it at a certain angle and since there isn't enough soda, you can see the bottom of the cap and what the message says
