Tipping a Pepsi

Search for Pepsi + iTunes AND DateRange 01Jan05-Now = couple hits, but not this topic.

What are the legalities of tipping the Pepsi bottle to determine whether or not you have a winner? Can I not "totally" inspect" my item prior to purchase? Got some strange looks, but no one has come up to me yet.

Definetely, it's not my problem that I can just "inspect the bottle for tampering" and then just find out that i get a free iTunes song

no you tip it at a certain angle and since there isn't enough soda, you can see the bottom of the cap and what the message says
