I'm guessing he set the price as to expect the $2 tip, rounding out to $15. 13*1.15 = 14.95. So really, you've been tipping above and beyond what he is personally expecting

$15 haircut..I tip $5. Even $20..easy if I have cash on me. Plus she gives me a free shampoo/rinse so I don't have to go home and shower. :p
