Yayo, have you even read the damned thread? YOU ARE CHEAP!! Don't flatter yourself with idiotic excuses. A pizza delivery person's tip IS NOT included in the total price. Maybe a few places do charge a delivery fee, and even then, the driver usually gets NONE of that fee and the owner keeps it for him/herself. You might want to read some of the link that was posted, since you've proven you haven't a clue how it works.

who cares if they get paid by the company or not. I look at it as free labor and i will utilized it as such. That means i will not tip and if delivery takes long time i will make sure that someone gets fired for it

How will you know? I've seen pizzas getting spitted on quite a few times when i was working in the pizza shop. I've even seen some guy spray shoe deodorant on a pizza one time because it was a known nontipper.

Contact corporate (I assume you meant corporate..) office..or file a complaint at the BBB for a slow delivery? Haha..they'll get a laugh out of that one..

BBB: Better Business Bureau
Ylen13: Hi, I want to complain about XYZPizza -- it took 30 minutes for my order to get delivered!
BBB: ..you what?
Ylen13: You heard me..I had to wait half an hour to get my pizza!
BBB: *covers phone..entire office laughs*
BBB: That will be noted sir..have a nice day.

Eh..whatever. 😛
