Tiny Laptop CPU heatsink fan combo - help!

Hi there,

i am looking for a real tiny heatsink fan combo that is in my laptop, that suddenly died on me.

the heatsink fan is 35mm x 35mm x 6mm... it also has a 2 wire connector.

the smallest I have seen is 40 x 40 x 10... which is too big.

I have a link that shows the one I need, it is on a web page that is non-english, but the picture is there.

Has anyone ever heard of Sunon?

They make super tiny blowers that are like a heatsink with a fan buit right in.

If anyone has heard of them, would you know where to purchase these? I tried contacting a few places, but they only sell lots in 100s.

Seems as though you may have an IBM as what they are taliking about is IBM ThinkPads. You may want to contact IBM about it.

Would this work? MPJA has a $15 minimum order though. Don't know where you could find the Sunon. Lots of places sell Sunon fans, but I haven't seen anything else like what you are looking for.

Hi Brian!

Yes that is exactly what I am looking for, it is almost an exact match! The Sunon blower fans are easy to find on the net, but impossible to purchase. Everyone sells them in multiples of 100... I only need 1.

I will phone them on Monday and see what the deal is. I also hope that they ship to Canada.
