I noticed these past few days at work the lower area in my middle finger tingles as though it was submerged under really cold water like ice cold water. Have you ever dumped your hand into a chest full of ice to pick up a beer? It's similar to that feeling. Should I be worried?

If it doesn't go away after a week or two, I'd at least make a phone call to your GP. Sounds like some kind of nerve-related thing.

yeah, possibly somethign to be worried about- go get it checked out, no harm. may be a pinched nerve or something. or not- those apparently hurt much more.

Mild carpel tunnel syndrom. It happens to my pinkies when I'm at the PC or playing Xbox for an extended period of time.

Cut it off...you deserve that much for asking for medical advice on a tech board at 3am.
