timer programs to shut down computer?

anyone know of a handy dandy program where it turns off ur computer (not just hard drive) after a specified number of minutes?

I use a program called "shut up" that works well for timeing a shutdown
(like after a long D/L...

Could write a script or a batch file & insert it into Startup to shut down your computer if key stroke or mouse were inactive after certain period of time.
